PROJECT: Pointing, Replace & Paint Stone Lintels

OBJECTIVE:
- Customers were experiencing water damage throughout the building so the building was in desperate need of pointing.
- They wanted to add curb appeal as well.
- We grinded out all the brick joints and pointed 100% of the front wall.
- We also replaced all the damaged stone lintels and painted them per customer request.
BEFORE: Day 1 setting up. Here you can see the condition of the building. The brick joints are almost non-existent and the stone lintels are damaged well beyond patching.
AFTER: Job Complete! Another satisfied customer/s. All damaged lintels were replaced & painted and 100% of all brick joints pointed.
