PROJECT: Condo Remodel

OBJECTIVE:

• Customer wanted to amplify and modernize their kitchen. We completely gutted it out and redesigned the layout, installed new tile flooring and backsplash, installed all new cabinetry and countertops, installed new appliances and gave the walls and wood trim a fresh coat of paint.   
• We converted the master 1/2 bath into a 3/4 bath with standup shower. We installed marble tiles throughout the bathroom,  new fixtures and a custom shower glass surrounding & door.
• We updated the electrical throughout the unit installing new recessed lights, pendulum lights to kitchen, new dimmers, switches & outlets.
