PROJECT: Converting an Office Into a 3-bedroom Condo.

OBJECTIVE: Customer Objective:

Convert an old office into a custom 3-bedroom luxury condo.

• We completely gutted the unit.
• Reframed the entire unit using floor plans provided by architect and the customer’s imagination.
• We got rid of the small kitchenette and gave the customer a large eat-in kitchen with large 10′ island with custom cabinets. 
• There was only 1 small bathroom in the unit so we added a large bathroom with stand up shower, a large tub with custom tiling and a his & hers vanity.
• We installed new hardwood flooring throughout the entire unit and soundproofed below as well.
• We added a laundry room and gave the unit large closets throughout to accommodate the customer’s needs.
• We installed granite stones in front of balconies to prevent damage to the hardwood.
