PROJECT: Complete Apartment Rehab
Salem Street, Boston
OBJECTIVE:
- Create an open floor plan.
- Move Heating Unit & Gas meter to the Basement.
- Apartment had the bathroom in the common area/hallway therefore we built a new bathroom inside the apartment for obvious reason.
- Remove all the walls and Install insulation, drywall & plaster the entire Apartment.
- Install new subfloor and hardwood floors throughout the entire Apartment.
- Paint & Install all new trim, molding & baseboards to the entire Apartment.
- Install new cabinetry and Granite Countertops to the kitchen along with a glass tile backsplash.
- Install new basboard heating throughout the entire Apartment.
- Install & Paint new doors throughout the entire Apartment.
- Build new closets for bedrooms with lighting inside.
- Installed new windows and aluminum window trim to match all the windows throughout the building.
- Install new lighting and electrical wiring throughout the entire Apartment including Cable outputs to all the rooms.
