PROJECT: Complete Condo Make-Over

OBJECTIVE:

• Customers wanted a complete renovation.
• We started by stripping the walls & ceilings and starting with a blanc canvas.
• Fresh walls, ceiling, baseboards, crown moulding and paint throughout the entire unit.
• Old carpet was replaced with new hardwood & tile flooring.
• We added a laundry room.
• We recycled the cabinetry from customer’s other home and completely customized the cabinets to fit in the space we had to work with in accordance to the customer’s design ideas.
• We even managed to use the Sub-Zero fridge from their other home as well.
• New tiling to the upstairs bathroom and a complete re-construction of downstairs bathroom with custom design expanding the bathroom by more than 3 times the original size.
• Digital NEST thermostats & alarm system throughout the unit.
• TVs throughout the unit in accordance to customer’s layout.
• Custom desk and shelving.
• The customer’s ideas were excellent! Which made is easier to help with the designing.
