OBJECTIVE:

• Customers were experiencing water damage throughout the building so the building was in desperate need of re-pointing.
• They wanted us to perform the work under heavy pedestrian traffic and a narrow street so we had to use suspended swing staging.
• We grinded out all the brick joints and pointed 100% of the front wall.
• We also washed the bricks and granite stone per customer request.
• We applied window sealant to every window.
